Change of address for future contracts

You can change your billing address for future contracts in the My Porsche app or web. In addition, you have the option to define a new address during the checkout process.

Open the My Porsche app (login required).Tap Account.Tap My Profile.In the section ‘Manage Profile’ tap Edit profile. You’ll be directed to the web version of My Porsche.Scroll down and tap Addresses.Here you can edit, remove or add a new address.You can choose between a home or business address.Select the check box to save this as your preferred address (this also saves it as your billing address).Click Save.

Login My Porsche in your browser.Click on the person icon in the top right corner of the screen.Click on Profile Settings.Scroll down to Addresses.Here you can edit, remove or add a new address.You can choose between a home or business address.Select the check box to save this as your preferred address (this also saves it as your billing address).Click Save.

Change of address for ongoing contracts

To change the billing address, you’ll need to follow these steps:

First, cancel the contract. For more details, please refer to the section ‘Cancellation of Porsche Connect Services’ in How can I view and manage my Porsche Connect services?Once the service has been cancelled, you’ll need to wait until one day after the date on which the cancellation becomes effective, before you can resubscribe to the service with your new address data.
