Where to find the status of your Porsche order

With Porsche Track Your Dream, you can track your Porsche order from placement to delivery through the My Porsche app. This service provides real-time updates and images of your car’s production as it reaches certain milestones, making the wait an engaging part of the Porsche experience (Note: production images are only available for certain models and are not guaranteed).

How to access Porsche Track Your Dream

Download the My Porsche app from the App Store (Apple App Store/Google Play Store)Look for an email invitation to join Porsche Track Your Dream, which is typically sent once your order is confirmed  Click the invitation link in the email and complete the registration to access your order in the app 

If you haven’t received an invitation email, please contact Porsche Customer Service.

Porsche Track Your Dream keeps you informed of key milestones, from production to delivery. Real-time tracking data from our production systems ensures accuracy and transparency, along with shipping and delivery updates. 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you’ll receive notifications via email, the My Porsche inbox, and push notifications (if activated) when a new milestone is reached. 

Check your inbox, including your spam folder, for the invitation email. If you don’t receive one, please contact Porsche Customer Service. 

 

Images may be taken at various stages, but not all models or production steps are covered. Photos might also be unavailable if they haven’t been approved or due to technical issues. 

If updates stop, it could be a technical issue or a delay in data synchronization. Contact Porsche Customer Service if the issue persists.
