With ScreenHits TV, you and your passenger can enjoy video streaming as part of Porsche Connect Services. ScreenHits TV is a separate paid subscription service that offers their subscribers access to major streaming platforms, along with free content and live TV in a single app. Content availability depends on your location and is managed by ScreenHits TV, not Porsche.

After setup, follow these steps on your Porsche Communication Management (PCM) screen:
The ScreenHits TV premium voucher provides three years of free access. After this period, you must renew your subscription. If you already have a paid ScreenHits TV account, redeeming this voucher will overwrite your current subscription.
To redeem your voucher in the My Porsche app:
ScreenHits TV is under the Video tile on the PCM home screen. If it isn’t visible, ensure Porsche Connect Services are active. You may also need to scroll down to view all tiles.
Video streaming is available on the central display when the vehicle is stationary and on the passenger display while driving. The passenger display has a special film to prevent driver distraction.
If you have the latest Porsche Communication Management (PCM) software, you can connect a Bluetooth headset:
Go to PCM Home > Devices > Connect new devices > Connect headset for video
Note: Bluetooth headsets can only be used for calls or video streaming.
If video doesn’t play, it may be due to an unstable data connection or network issues. Try moving to an area with a stronger signal or use your phone’s tethering function.
If a provider is missing, check Add/Remove Services to ensure it’s selected. If it isn’t available, it may not be supported in your region. ScreenHits TV manages available content and providers.
