How do I grant remote access authorization in my Porsche?

To control the remote services in your car using the My Porsche app, like locking and unlocking your car or viewing trip data, you will need to grant remote access authorization in the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) infotainment system.

If you want to temporarily prevent Connect services from being accessed via the app, you can use Privacy Mode to turn off Connect services. Also, if you remove your vehicle from the My Porsche app, all connections to the car, like remote access, are automatically removed.

To activate remote access authorization in your PCM:

Set > Porsche Connect.

Select Remote Access Authorization > Grant Remote Access Authorization.

Confirm message window with Grant.

Enter the Pairing Code of the main user.
