Can I exchange or return products?

Yes, returns must be made within 30 days of your delivery date. Please ensure returned items are in their original condition with their original packaging and tags attached. Please fill out and include the Customer Return Slip provided with your items in the return package with the original invoice you received. Please securely repackage your item in the original packaging. Porsche does not offer exchanges. Worn, used or altered merchandise will not be accepted. The refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers. Please allow approximately 15 days for the processing of your reimbursementFor return requests, please contact Porsche Shop Support.

Do I pay for customer return shipping?

Yes, customer returns require the customer to pay for the return shipping.

When will I be refunded?

Reimbursement can take up to 14 days. The refund will be made to the payment method you specify.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to request to cancel an order, please contact Porsche Shop Support as soon as possible. A cancelled order request is only possible if the item has not shipped.
