How do I view and manage my Porsche Charging Service plan?

With the My Porsche app, you can view and manage your Porsche Charging Service subscription. Using the My Porsche app or Plug & Charge, initiating the charging process is more convenient than ever.

How do I activate the Porsche Charging Service Inclusive Period?

New all-electric Porsche models come with unlimited 30-minute charging sessions at Electrify Canada® stations included at no cost.

For Model Year 2020 - 2024 Taycan's, the inclusive period lasts 3 years.For Model year 2024 Macan Electric, the inclusive period lasts 2 years.For Model Year 2025 vehicles, the inclusive period lasts 2 years.

To activate your Porsche Charging Service plan and the Inclusive Period:

Open the My Porsche app (Apple® App Store® /Google Play™ Store)From the home screen, tap the document icon or Account > Charging Service

3. Tap Activate Charging Service  

4. You will be forwarded to a mobile-optimized website. Tap Continue

5. You will see the plan information available for your vehicle. Tap Proceed with Activation 

6. You will be asked to enter a preferred payment method. This will be used for sessions on Electrify Canada stations that last over 30 minutes or sessions on other networks when applicable. Idle fees may be incurred by not moving your vehicle after charging has completed.

7. Agree to the General Terms and Conditions 

8. Complete your order 

Your Porsche Charging Service subscription is now activated. You can now use your My Porsche app to authenticate yourself at charging stations within the Porsche Charging Service network.

How do I renew my Porsche Charging Service plan? 

When your Porsche Charging Service subscription expires, you’ll receive a notification via the My Porsche app, e-mail, or text message. You can also check when your current plan expires in the My Porsche app.   

To extend your Charging Service subscription: 

Open the My Porsche app (Apple App Store/Google Play Store) (login required) From the home screen, tap the document icon or Account > Charging Service Tap Manage Subscription. You will be forwarded to the mobile-optimized web view. To renew your plan, tap Subscription, then select Renew Subscription 

Customers who do not select a plan will be automatically enrolled in the Porsche Charging Service Plan when their subscription ends.

How do I cancel my Porsche Charging Service plan? 

Open the My Porsche app (Apple App Store/Google Play Store) (login required) From the home screen, tap the document icon or Account > Charging Service Tap Manage Subscription. You will be forwarded to the mobile-optimized web view. Tap Subscription Tap your Porsche Charging Service planScroll down and tap the button Terminate the contract at the bottom of the page. You’ll be taken to a separate page where you can confirm your cancellation 

Where can I find the Terms of Use for my Porsche Charging Service contract? 

A link to the Terms of Use is provided during the contract activation process. Once you’ve signed up for the plan, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the Terms of Use. You can always go back to this email and review.
