Where can I find the charging invoices for my Porsche?

You receive your monthly invoices for your Porsche Charging Service in the My Porsche app and by email.

Open the My Porsche app (Apple® App Store® /Google Play™ Store) (login required)

Tap Account (person icon in the bottom navigation bar) or scroll down on the home screen and tap the Charging widget.

Click the icon next to the invoice amount to view the PDF file of your monthly invoice

You can also access your invoices via Messages in the My Porsche app:

1. Open the My Porsche app on your phone. 2. Tap Account (person icon in the bottom navigation bar) or scroll down on the home screen and tap the Charging widget. 3. Tap Messages: the invoice is accessible in the message as an attached PDF file

Another option to access your invoices is via Booking & Orders in the My Porsche app: 1. Open the My Porsche App on your phone. 2. Tap Account (person icon in the bottom navigation bar) or scroll down on the home screen and tap the Charging widget. 3. If desired, click Filter and select Charging Services to filter. 4. Tap the desired charging session. 5. To download the invoice, click the button.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the Porsche Charging Service without a basic fee?

After your inclusive period has ended, you can choose between the Porsche Charging Service and Porsche Charging Service Plus, depending on your preference.

More information, specific to your car, can be found in the My Porsche app under Account > Charging Service.

When will my transactions be debited?

Your transactions are always debited at the beginning of the following month. At that point, you will also receive your invoice for the Charging Service. You can view your charging processes and any fees incurred in your Charging history in the My Porsche app. Occasionally, charging processes may be transmitted late by the charging station operator. The invoice will then be issued with the next regular monthly invoice.

What should I do if I’m missing a charging invoice?
