How to change your Porsche ID password

If you need to update your Porsche ID password or have forgotten it, you can do so easily through the My Porsche app or website.

This article applies to all models

Changing your password in the My Porsche app

Open the My Porsche app and log in

Go to  Account

Tap  My Profile

In  Manage Profile, select  Change or reset (this will open the mobile version of My Porsche)

Tap  Password

Tap  Edit to change your password

Enter your current and new password, then tap  Continue

Click the person icon in the top right corner

Go to Profile Settings

Select  Login & Security

Click Password

Tap  Edit  to change your password

Enter your current and new password, then click  Continue

Go to the login page, enter your Porsche ID, and click  Continue

Click the  Forgot Password?  link under the password field to request a reset email with instructions

Alternatively, select  Log in without a password  to receive an email with a direct link to access your Porsche ID account
