Where can I find the status of my Porsche order?

Porsche Track Your Dream is a digital service available in the My Porsche app. It allows you to track your Porsche order from the moment it is accepted by the factory right up to when the car is delivered, allowing you to stay updated on the status of your new car in real time. You may also receive pictures of your car during its manufacturing process, making the waiting time part of your Porsche experience (Note: production images cannot be guaranteed).

How can I get access to Porsche Track Your Dream?

In order to track your Porsche order, you will need to do the following:

Download the My Porsche app from the App Store if you haven’t already installed it (Apple App Store/Google Play Store)Check to see if you’ve received an email invitation for Porsche Track Your Dream. Once your order is confirmed, you will automatically receive an email with an invitation link Click on the email invitation link. After clicking on the Register now to Track Your Dream link you will be directed to the My Porsche app, where you will be able to track the status of your vehicle

If you don’t receive an invitation email, you can manually add your car order to gain access to Porsche Track Your Dream. To do this:

Log in to My Porsche using your Porsche ID Click on the Add vehicle button Under Track your ordered vehicle, enter the commission number and then click Add order

Porsche Track Your Dream will give you information about key milestones right up until your new Porsche arrives. The real-time tracking data of your Porsche order is taken directly from our production systems to help ensure greater accuracy and transparency.

You will receive an inbox message in your My Porsche app or a push notification on your device.

Please check your inbox for your invitation email and, if necessary, your spam folder. If you haven’t received an invitation email, please contact your Porsche Centre.

There are multiple opportunities during the manufacturing process of your Porsche for pictures to be taken of it, dependent on model. If you haven’t received any pictures yet, your vehicle might be at an early stage and no pictures have been taken yet.

If your Porsche build has advanced to later milestones and pictures are still unavailable, it might be due to technical issues or the rejection of the image because objects/people are in it.

Please note, Porsche Track Your Dream is currently being rolled out. Images are not yet available for all series and models. The Zuffenhausen production facility is already live, and other locations will go live in due course. We apologise if your car isn’t covered by Porsche Track Your Dream at the moment and ask for your understanding. However, your Porsche Centre will be happy to keep you informed of your Porsche order.

If you successfully signed up for Porsche Track Your Dream, you should receive information about your car more frequently once it reaches the first milestone. If updates stop, there might be a technical issue or a delay in data synchronisation.

1. The Porsche Connect range varies according to model and country availability. For full service availability in your vehicle, log into the Connect Store with your Porsche ID.

2. When new customers register for a Porsche ID and activate Porsche Connect in their vehicle, they will receive available Porsche Connect services for a complimentary period. The length and features of the complimentary period varies depending on model. Fees may apply after the inclusive period ends. Customers will be notified before the end of the inclusive period about their subsequent options.

3. Certain Porsche Connect services will only be available if customers establish an internet connection with their vehicle using a plug-in SIM where applicable, or using an external Wi-Fi connection via a mobile phone or other compatible device with an appropriate mobile data plan. Both these options require customers to have a separate contract with a 3rd party telecommunications service provider. Depending on the contract concluded with the service provider, this may result in additional costs.

4. Certain Porsche Connect services may not be available if a customer’s account expires or is terminated, or after the sunset date of 3G, 4G, 5G or any succeeding technology or other factors which are outside Porsche’s control.
