To access the full range of benefits of your Porsche Connect Services, you’ll need to log into your car’s Porsche Communication Management (PCM) infotainment system.
To successfully link your Porsche ID to your car, the following requirements must be met:
Note: We recommend installing the My Porsche app (Apple App store / Google Play Store), logging in on your smartphone and adding your car before you start. For more information, see How can I add and manage my cars in My Porsche?
Depending on your model and model year, there are different ways to log in. Select your model below and follow the instructions for the relevant model year.
From model year 2016
Ensure you have your pairing code ready. For more details, please refer to the section below titled ‘What is a pairing code and where can I find it?’.
Push the hard button HOME > Select Apps > Push the hard button OPT > Select Login Porsche Connect > Select Create new user > Enter the pairing code
From model year 2027
If you enabled ’comfort registration’ during the initial enrolment in the My Porsche app, you’re automatically logged in when you enter your car. If you haven’t activated 'comfort registration' you can also do this at a later stage in the app:
If you don’t use ‘comfort registration’, refer to the instructions for model years 2025-2026 below.
Model years 2025-2026
Make sure you have the following ready:
With your mobile phone, scan the QR code displayed in the PCM under Settings > Accounts > Add new account. Alternatively, you can enter your Porsche ID and password to log in.
Model years 2022-2024
Make sure you have the following ready:
Enter your Porsche ID and password in the PCM under Settings > Accounts > Create account.
Model years 2020-2021
Ensure you have your pairing code ready. For more details, please refer to the section below titled ‘What is a pairing code and where can I find it?’.
Access Apps in the PCM > Tap on the Options icon (shows as a drop-down menu) > Porsche ID Settings > Enter the pairing code.
Alternatively, access SET in the PCM > Porsche Connect | Porsche Connect service settings > Porsche ID settings > Link new Porsche ID > Enter the pairing code.
Model years 2017-2019
Ensure you have your pairing code ready. For more details, please refer to the section below titled ‘What is a pairing code and where can I find it?’.

From model year 2027

Model years 2019-2026
Ensure you have your pairing code ready. For more details, please refer to the section below titled ‘What is a pairing code and where can I find it?’.
Access Apps in the PCM > Tap on the Options icon (shows as a drop-down menu) > Porsche ID Settings > Link new Porsche ID > Enter the pairing code.
Alternatively, access SET in the PCM > Porsche Connect | Porsche Connect service settings > Porsche ID settings > Link new Porsche ID > Enter the pairing code.
Model years 2016-2018
Ensure you have your pairing code ready. For more details, please refer to the section below titled ‘What is a pairing code and where can I find it?’.

From model year 2027

With the pairing code you can link your car¹ to your Porsche ID in the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) infotainment system. This enables you to use the Connect Services via the My Porsche app in your car. Here’s how to find the pairing code in the app:
